"Great Place! Very clean with extremely responsive host. The villa provides everything you may need for your vacation stay. We loved having coffee on the balcony and in the lush tropical backyard. It is very close to El Yunque and a short trip to Luquillo Beach with all its Kiosks. "

"We hosted a bachelorette weekend for 15 and this house was truly perfect! From booking through checkout, communication was easy and responsive — someone was always available to help.The House:Amazing layout with plenty of space to gather or break off. Great for big groups — the partiers could stay up late without disturbing early sleepers. Tons of amenities: kayaks, ping pong, cornhole, snorkels, coolers, beach chairs, and water shoes for days. The pool is on the smaller side but perfect for socializing, and the bay is calm, clear, and great for floating — not rocky or spooky at all! The Staff:Matt (the owner) was super accommodating with early check-in and late checkout. Jacob, the house manager, was a gem — friendly, helpful, and gave us a thorough tour (not bad to look at either). He also shared everything we needed in advance so we knew what to pack/buy.Fix a Trip PR:We used their team for meals, bartending, and transportation. 10/10 Everything was seamless! For dinner night one, they brought apps and drinks outside while we enjoyed the view, served up endless piña coladas, and handled our rowdy group with patience and professionalism. We had a great bbq lunch which was on time and tasty. Transportation services were reliable and kind, even though we were blasting bad bunny and making requests to stops. Couldnt have managed this without this team! I can't recommend this place and team more — we’re already dreaming of our next trip back!"

The house was beautifully decorated, super clean, and in a very convenient location to drive to many of the popular sights like Old San Juan and El Yunque.
