"Room was large the kitchenette was a nice touch but the rooms were not cleaned well. Stains all over the pillows and blankets, hair on the pillow cases. Also, staff are extremely displeasing and have no customer service skills. Location is only good for being close to the airport otherwise it is far from other stuff"

"Even aside from the whole palace aspect, this was an immaculate hotel with wonderful staff and an exceptional emphasis on cleanliness. The housekeeping staff definitely deserve recognition and praise. A good location to boot. My only complaint is a minor one: the fresh orange juice at breakfast was so bland it was perhaps the only time I have tasted something that tasted negatively on the sweetness scale. A fascinating but disappointing experience in an otherwise amazing stay. Would stay again."
