Nos hospedamos para ir no evento Churrasco On Fire do Fernando e Sorocaba. E o hotel foi maravilhoso tanto a estadia como o café da manhã.

Dessa vez não foi tão bom. Deu problema no cano de água quente, tivemos que tomar banho a noite e pela manhã com água fria. Meu secador e da minha amiga queimaram e não sabemos como, ligamos na tomada certa ,110. Café também achei muito desorganizado,poucas mesas , e o café dessa vez estava muito fraquinho. Já fiquei outras vezes e pretendo ficar em setembro,.mas dessa vez deixaram a desejar

Experiência negativa

Hotel bem localizado, com bom serviço de atendimento, tanto no check-in, check-out e restaurante. No entanto, a manutenção do quarto, pelo menos o que ficamos, estava precária, com filtro ar condicionado aparentando sujeira e mofo nas paredes, principalmente no banheiro. Não foi uma experiência agradável, infelizmente.

Parece decair no aspecto limpeza.

Já havia me hospedado anteriormente. O atendimento e o conforto são condizentes com um hotel que parece ser usado apenas por hóspedes a trabalho, portanto menos exigentes. Em resumo, sem criticas a esses dois pontos. Mas a limpeza parece ter relaxado. Os elevadores tinham uma aparencia horrível, com revestimento interno que parecia nao ser limpo há tempo.
