Varanda com vista para o mar da Barra da Tijuca

Hotel para quem busca boa localização

O hotel possui boa localização, quartos confortáveis e limpos além de boas instalações, porém, não ter serviço de quarto e restaurante a noite reduz muito a qualidade dos serviços. Precisei de um simples balde de gelo a noite e não consegui, além do atendente não ser nem um pouco solicito em tentar me ajudar. Ficou a desejar.

Eu estava com 1 bebê de 1,6 anos e uma criança de 9 anos. Me cobraram a cama extra, mesmo eu alegando que o bebê dormiria na minha cama. Para a criança a cama extra estava incluída no quarto. Acho que por ser um bebê o hotel teria que ter o bom senso de não cobrar.

Hospedagem realizada no final de semana com a família durante as Paralimpíadas. Muito bem localizado e com uma equipe bastante atenciosa. Ótimo custo x benefício.

O prédio está um pouco velho precisando de manutenção. O café da manhã é simples e o quarto poderia estar mais limpo e cheiroso. Acho que o cheiro ruim era das cortinas velhas e do banheiro.

De frente para o mar da barra

Localização privilegiada, estacionamento gratuito, excelente café da manhã. O que falta ao hotel é um restaurante permanente. Não tem room service e não abre para o jantar.

O lado ruim é que não tem room service e a água do chuveiro não é quente, fica apenas morna. Os pontos positivos sao: localização, sacada com vista para o mar, atendimento e café da manhã. O custo beneficio é muito bom.
