The whole area was convient, walking distance to everything. Dinning, stores, transit, malls, etc. I'm planning on going back to the same hotel(ibis) next year!!!

I got changed twice!!! I paid with Expedia and I got to my hotel late they made me pay again saying I didn’t pay. Over all terrible experience would not go again plus there were bugs everywhere in the room.

Hotel workers are great, but the room is really basic and not really appealing. Only stayed for a night and was ok, but I don't think this is the type of hotel you'd book for a long vacation.

Basic hotel as noted on Hotels.com Rooms are basic but clean. Location is central and close walk to the metro. Area at night is okay, just need to be vigilante if walking around as there are people sleeping on the streets and nearby Hotel shower head from the ceiling could be better. Service was great, however English was not spoken, hence needed to speak Spanish. Overall service was friendly and efficient. Just be careful as there's poverty and beggars living within 30 yard proximity of the hotel entrance Our stay was for only one night

Hotel bem localizaado, atendimento bom pelos colaboradores, verifiquei que a situação dos elevadores os botões de acesso com problemas de acionamento, a mobilha do quarto toda distruida pelo tempo necessitando manutenção. portas danificadas pelo tempo, importante é entender que não tenho nteresse em denigrer o Hotel, e sim, alertar sobre problemas que estão prejudicando a imagem do hotel.

Una estadía excelente. La vista desde mi habitación era increíble y la ubicación mil veces mejor. El personal siempre muy amable. El internet es rápido y me dejaba trabajar sin problemas. La comida es excelente. Sin duda lo recomiendo ha sea para estancias cortas o largas.

Péssimo atendimento. Fiquei sem ar condicionado durante 1 dia e não informaram. Tentei contato com o gerente Edevaldo por e-mail e nem ao menos deu satisfação em compensar o erro. Local barulhento. Já acorda com barulho de cortador de grama. Não existe isolação acústica nas paredes.

Gostei da estadia no geral, mas achei um absurdo o hotel me cobrar R$3,00 por um garfo e faca de madeira. Acho que poderiam disponibilizar talheres do restaurante sem custos adicionais para uso no próprio ambiente.

Tive um problema na estadia. O ar-condicionado do quarto parou de funcionar às 3:30 da manhã. A cidade no verão fica insuportavelmente quente. Ligamos para a recepção 2 vezes. No início, disseram lamentar o ocorrido e falaram que nada podiam fazer, pois o hotel estava com os quartos lotados. Depois, ligamos novamente e, após perguntamos da possibilidade de fornecimento de ventilador, da possibilidade de sermos alocados em outro hotel da rede na cidade, todos negados, nos concederem a troca para outro quarto de pessoa com deficiência, que estava vago. Tivemos que descer, pegar o cartão da porta, e levarmos todas as nossas coisas para o outro quarto. E conseguimos ir dormir apenas depois das 4:30 da manhã.

O atendimento é impecável, funcionários muito educados e ágeis, porém, uma coisa me incomodou muito, o ar condicionado, o ar condicionado fazia um barulho insuportável, o que me fez dormir muito mal, me hospedei no quarto 1053 e quase não consegui dormir por conta de um aparelho insuportável que vinha do ar, como se estivesse precisando de óleo, um barulho muito alto mesmo, não quis incomodar os funcionários, porque também tenho cisma de não querer incomodar as pessoas, mas enfim, a experiência com o local foi muito boa, porém, esse detalhe me deixou muito triste.
