Small and dark room. No noise reduction and you have to sleep with ear plugs. A lot of noise from people and the elevator. I will never recommend this place.

Terribly uncomfortable, dirty, run-down old hotel

The entire hotel is a rundown old wreck. Looks like the furniture is from the 1960's and is heavily damaged, scratched. Floors and lobby looked dirty and heavily used. Two elevators aren't enough. People line up for ages especially during the early- and late hours. Frequent electronic noise, buzzes coming from various places (not just the room equipment) occur especially during late hours. Sometimes the door lock doesn't open and you have to travel between the reception and your room to get a new access card. There's not enough staff and too little space in this hotel. Crowds barely had space to stand around the reception and the breakfast room would get flooded every morning. Breakfast is above basic, but some foods run out fast (due to the crowds). It can also be hard to get a table. It took 1 hour for the receptionist to check me in, although most people were just chatting to the receptionists or just standing there at the desk. There was a weird old blocked wooden door in my room. Probably the neighbors had the same on their side. I could hear every itch and scratch, let alone loud talking from the other side. Very noisy hotel. Not enough soap. Sometimes they just don't replace the tiny hotel soap. Poor internet connection. It just stops working for like 12 hours or longer. Speed is sluggish. The only acceptable things about this hotel are: location - quite close to the Copacabana and some shops are nearby, receptionists are friendly and kind, cheap price!

O hotel precisa de uma atualização nos quartos, TV antiga e paredes necessitando de pintura. A limpeza deixou a desejar, havia manchas na roupa de cama e cabelos no ralo da pia/chuveiro. O café da manhã era simples, mas bom. No geral, mesmo tendo sido durante o carnaval, não justificou o alto valor pago.

Estadia no geral foi boa. Localização do hotel muito boa, perto da praia de supermercados, bares e restaurante. Muito fácil se locomover com me uber e um lugar com policiamento em alguma esquinaa. Ficamos no quarto 108, ele não possui janela pra area externa, isso é ruim pq o quarto sempre fica fechado e escuro. Outro ponto foi em relação ao ar condicionado, tenho rinite ela atacou, ao olhar o ar condicionado ele estava tudo sujo de poeira e a última manutenção foi no no de 2023. Solicitamos a limpeza, foi realizada um limpeza básica.

Estadia muito boa. Fiquei na suite esmeralda essa suite fica ao lado da rubi, porem toda vez que alguem da suite rubi abria chuveiro fazia um barulho enorme na suite esmeralda. So isso foi incomodo.

O hotel possui instalações que atendem as expectativas, nada fora do padrão, mas com destaque positivo para o tamanho da cama. Como ponto alto do hotel eu destaco o atendimento, toda equipe é muito atenciosa e merece reconhecimento, especialmente o João da recepção, que cara sensacional! Nos fez sentir em casa, valorizem esse profissional. Como ponto de melhoria destaco apenas o ar condicionado do quarto 202 que estava pingando.

En la habitación habían 3 camas, la primera al lado de la puerta el colchón tenía los resortes del borde sobresalidos por lo viejo que estaba, las sillas de la mesa empotrada estaban muy viejas.
