The host was amazing, gave us all the information and booked our boat tour for us with the company then collecting us from the hotel, gave us all the information we needed with restaurant information and activities. The room was very clean and quiet

The staff in Rio is very friendly, helpful and nice. The location of the hotel is less than 5 mins away from the beach. Easy transportation, a variety of shops, restaurants. I highly recommend it.

Minimal conveniences but it worked fine. Good bed and luggage stand. Could use a comfy chair! Only one elevator working for breakfast, which made it slow, but breakfast was excellent.

Great hotel

Really enjoyed this hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great location. Breakfast was amazing! Comfortable and clean large room. Would definitely recommend.

The property was very good value for money. For me personally it was the staff every single one of them were do freindly helpful and understanding. I did take their names and wanted to personally mention them but unfortunately i misplaced the paper with their names on it.i would like to say thank you. The rooms furniture could be improved. And the Tours that are offered in the hotel are way expensive than contsct with a tour agancy directly. It doesn't accept cash to pay for a bottle of water of something like that. Doesn't have lunch and dinner services. It's close to copacabana beach and the area seems to be secure most of the time. The check-in and check-out were so fast and without many complocations.

Wifi never worked. Things were falling apart like the AC. Place did not feel clean. Saw a cockroach. However, staff was nice and helpful.

This hotel having a rating of 8.2 is a crime against humanity. The rooms are dilapidated and have not been updated since 1960. The refrigerator in my room had rust spost on the outside. The sheets were dingy and looked dirty. The flooring had not been updated since 1973. The elevator broke while I was there. The front desk said they store your luggage BUT they have you place it in an unlocked room with other people's luggage. No one watches your luggage and anyone could walk in and take it. This place is dirty and old. I would not recommend staying here for any reason.
