Amazing duplex penthouse with jacuzzi and sea view

Amazing and huge duplex penthouse with 4 bedrooms, terrace, jacuzzi and frontal view of the sea and Copacabana beach.
Located on the 12th floor of a secure building with 24-hour camera monitoring. Just 20 meters from the famous Copacabana beach. It is a great accommodation option for couples, families and large groups of friends.

Duplex property with 170 sqm, divided into living room, four bedrooms (3 suites), 4 bathrooms, kitchen and terrace.
Huge living room with spacious and comfortable sofa, ceiling fan, dining table with 6 chairs, SmartTV and a beautiful view of the beach through the large windows. Attached to the living room, we find a beautiful kitchen with a 4-burner cooktop, refrigerator, microwave and basic cooking utensils.
There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor, all with a queen bed, ceiling fan, small wardrobe and air conditioning. It has a security safe in one of the bedrooms.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a queen bed, ceiling fan, small wardrobe and split air conditioning and a guest bathroom. Finally, a beautiful terrace with a jacuzzi, 2 loungers and a table with 4 chairs, with a beautiful panoramic view of Copacabana beach.
Cable TV and Wi-Fi Internet included in the price.
