"Our AC was broken but they got us into another rook quickly, the breakfast was great, downtown was right near the hotel and had so many options. The people at the hotel are so nice. "

"I just enjoy staying here overall, but it was surprising to me how it felt like it was built in the 1940s. It had one outlet to the whole entire bedroom. "Passamos 5 dias na pousada, foi ótimo! Fica a 5min da rua das pedras, perto de tudo e em uma rua super tranquila. Atendimento nota mil, e tudo super organizado e limpo, durante toda a nossa estadia os nossos quartos foram limpos todos os dias. O café da manhã super gostoso também, sempre com bolos e frutas fresquinhas. Já quero voltar!"

"Unbelievable bad service. From check-in to have someone hitting my door very strongly and opened it at 8 AM. I was sleeping naked. They banged very strongly and never allowed any time to respond before opening the door. I pushed it back and locked it. It was an awful way for someone to wake me up. I had trouble sleeping and meetings with Asia and needed to drive long hours. I couldn't fall asleep again. It was unsafe for me to drive. I had to make so many stops for coffee and washing my face. Endless day. The hotel should really invest on training the staff to avoid such episodes from ever happening again. "
