"Mike and Elizabeth's home exceeded all of our expectation. The house itself was well appointed and comfortable. The AC was cold the view of the coastline breathtaking and who doesn't like to have monkeys in your back yard. The house sits on a quiet mountaintop which is easily accessible. "Almost Glamping in a beautiful jungle house surrounded by critters and the sea. Perfect remote relaxation with all the ‘creature’ comforts. Recommend to stock up on food and some supplies before arrival n town; a few nearby small resort restaurants to eat at; one next door for lunch. "This rental is run down and in a bad area. There is no hot water and wifi crashed shortly after we got there. There is an air conditioner for the upstairs bedroom but none for the downstairs, which gets hot. The surrounding are not enjoyable."

"The property is wild and wonderful! They are really not joking about the trek to get in there, but that is part of why it's so great once you are there. That road is something, and then parking is a bit from the tree house. We saw all kinds of wildlife and enjoyed both sunny and stormy weather. It had an immersion feel for sure. "We stayed here the end of February 2023 (we just realized we forgot to let a review. Sorry about that.) We love this place and this area more every time we come here and this was our third stay. We love the addition of the new outdoor shower. Every day there were so many macaws out by beach. A sloth was also hanging out close by. There are alot of different birds too."
