"This hotel was too far away from the city. Originally I didn’t think that was an issue, however on the first day, a taxi driver charged us 1200 reales from the bus station to the hotel. Complete rip off! This made us concerned about the amount of money we would be spending on transportation to and from the hotel daily. The bedding was horrible. Hard mattress, pillows and two flat sheets. It was not the cleanest. The breakfast buffet had flies around the food. We winded up relocating to another hotel. I asked for a refund for the unused days and I was told by hotel management they would work within Expedia to refund my money; however I was told they have not returned their call or email. Very dissatisfied with this hotel experience. "

"We had an incredible time with iTrips in Rio de Janeiro! The beachfront property was not just a place to stay but a home away from home! The whole staff was superb and the views are spectacular! The guided tours to Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf Mountain were definitely the highlights of the package, but having white sand and the ocean mere steps from your room was definitely great! I loved the fact they had some watersports available right there. The property is beautiful and inside a gated community, so the beach is kind of private for the people in that community. The all-inclusive service went beyond expectations, with a delicious breakfast and airport & tour transfers. Everything in the mini bar was free, that was a nice touch! What set iTrips apart was the local touch – the team's warmth and insider knowledge made us feel like true locals exploring the city. Our time in Rio was nothing short of amazing, thanks to iTrips!"
