"Great stay at the residence inn. Kids enjoyed the pool. Staff was very helpful when asking for recommendations on places to visit. Only thing is the breakfast could have been better. Rooms were clean. We weren’t there for the hotel we traveled everyday that’s why we picked residence inn."

"The staff were excellent. We had some technical issues with room keys and getting into our room, but the whole staff from house keeping to the concierge at the front desk address the issue and rectified it quickly. And everyone was pleasent and always smiling. It was such a nice place to stay and relax"

"We stayed in the Family room, which is oversized room with 1 king bed and twin bunk beds. The room was as huge which worked out great for us, but there was as only one tall lamp and one desk lamp for light in the whole room. The pool is very nice, and beach access is right across the street. If you go to the beach definitely take advantage of the $10 beach umbrella rentals from the beach vendors. We dined at the “Emigrantes” restaurant in the lobby on our first night. The food was good but took a very long time. The bartender makes a great smoked añejo rum old fashioned, highly recommend. The breakfast Buffett is underwhelming and my only negative experience at this hotel. Walk to any of the cafes down the street and you’ll have much better coffee and breakfast for less money."

"Casa Parcha is something else! Sleeping in the middle of the forest to the sounds of hummingbirds, a river, and a waterfall in the background is just unbelievable. Waking up to that morning felt surreal. Felt completely safe the entire time and our host was super responsive — any question we had, they were right there. Never felt stranded or unsure about anything."
