"We were "upgraded" shortly before our one night stay to this room without a window. It didn't matter for us because we weren't there except to sleep, but it wouldn't be a place I'd want to spend more than one night. The location is excellent. The hosts are very easy to reach. We had three issues, one being very spotty internet, the Roku TV didn't work right (not a huge deal generally, but my husband had hoped to watch a NBA playoff game), and the worst part was no hot water. "Being “perfectly located” in Old San Juan means you’re within walking distance of lots of restaurants, bars, historic sites (forts, plazas, cathedrals), and shops. We didn’t have to rent a car, even we had a early flight and was easy to get a uber at 4am. Beautiful colonial architecture. Spacious bedrooms & bathrooms.
