Cozy home in Ringkøbing with kitchen

In the beautiful nature area, very close to the popular seaside resort of Søndervig, you will find this large vacation home with swimming pool. The house is well equipped and suitable for a larger family, 2 families or perhaps several friends who want to spend their vacations together. In the center of the house is the spacious kitchen-living room, which is connected to the living area and where a wood-burning stove provides coziness. The living room has an open roof ridge and through the large window area a lot of light comes into the room during the day. From the living room you have access to the wellness area of the house, which features a large swimming pool (30 m²) with slide, whirlpool and sauna. Next to the pool area is one of the 2 bathrooms. In the opposite end of the house is the other bathroom and the sleeping area with 4 bedrooms and 2 mezzanines with 3 mattresses each. From the terrace you have a view of the large garden with swing and sandbox and the beautiful moorland around the house.



From the cottage you can take long walks along the North Sea. In Søndervig there is a large grocery store, cafes, playgrounds and a small indoor swimming pool. Hvide Sande is a true fishing village and lively in the summer, especially in the harbor. Here you can also do good shopping. There is also a large selection of fish stores. However, you can also fish yourself from the harbor quay. Throughout the area there are well-maintained cycling and walking paths.

Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist schon ein bisschen älter.

Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist schon ein bisschen älter. Einige der Gartenmöbel sind leider defekt. Es war sauber bei der Ankunft und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Matratzen auf den Schlafböden könnten etwas fester sein. Die Schlafplätze sind eher für Kinder als Erwachsene geeignet. Die Küchenausstattung ist absolut ausreichend. Zum Strand läuft man etwa 30 Minuten durchs Wohngebiet und dann noch ein paar Minuten durch die Düne. Der Pool hat eine tolle Größe. Die Sauna ist leider sehr klein und für max 2 Leute geeignet.

Für unsere Zwecke war das Platzangebot und die Zimmeraufteilung mehr als großzügig. Der Pool war das absolute Highlight. Um mit dem Hund zu laufen waren die Wege rundherum sehr gut geeignet, wenn auch der Weg bis zum Meer ziemlich weit ist. Das Häuschen ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Die einzigen Punkte um die man sich dringend kümmern sollte: zwei Leitungen waren nicht gesichert und ragten einfach aus der Wand heraus. Und leider neigen die Abflüsse der Toiletten zu verstopfen. Wenn diese Punkte behoben werden, können wir das Häuschen sehr empfehlen. Wenn es komplett saniert werden würde, würde sicherlich auch der Mietpreis steigen und es wäre für einige Familien zu teuer.

Great house for a large group.

This house was perfect for a large group. We were 8 and had plenty of room. The kids enjoyed the pool. The spa never worked though. One thing we were disappointed with was the cleanliness. It appeared that we were the first renters of the season and the house was not cleaned before we arrived. There were cobwebs and spiders everywhere. Some of the outdoor furniture was broken and the cushions for the outdoor furniture were filthy. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable and we would do it again.
