"They had no one at office after a certain time, they did out our room key into a lock box with a combination code. Had trouble with door to get into room. Once we finally got in room was clean. No was wash rags (which was fine I bring my own) but the biggest issue I had was the AC did Not Work. We had to open the window (thank goodness it was a cool night instead of hot) and since one was in the office I couldn't even get someone to come fix our AC. "From the moment we pulled up (valet parking attendant was welcoming and notified office we arrived) to the moment we departed, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Location is perfect; walking distance to river front, restaurants and shops. Room was clean, spacious, and bed & pillows were perfect. Complimentary wine & cheese in the lobby with piano player is a perfect start to the evening. I will definitely stay here again and again. "
