Conveniently located on one of the most popular hot spots in Rincon, but also just minutes from Rincon's world famous surfing beaches like Domes, Maria's, Tres Palmas, and the famous Sandy Beach.
Enjoy the beautiful sunsets every evening.
Located on the same property as the famous Villa Cofresi Hotel and Villa Antonio Parador with beach bars, music, jet skiing, banana boats, kayaking, restaurants just steps away. Close enough to the party and fun, but far enough to enjoy the peace and quite that the Caribbean has to offer.

Cerca de la playa a unos pasos, cuarto piso no hay elevador pero se sube rápido y super cómodo. Cerca de restaurant, supermercados y bakery. Si me quedaria nuevamente. Super nice place to stay, walking distance from the beach

Our place was beautiful & clean. Also had many accessories. Our host was extremely friendly and accommodating. Would love to return again if it wasn't located on the 4th floor.

Everything about the experience was amazing. The place was very clean and comfortable, the location is perfect, and the hosts and neighbors were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely look to book this place again!

Peace of Paradise

We enjoyed our stay, great location near great food and grocery store. Quiet in the evenings because it’s out of the center of town but close enough to have plenty to do. Reminder it is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. We felt safe and neighbors were friendly. Would stay again.

Perfect location, GREAT parking, friendly hosts

Whenever possible, when I come to Rincon, I book this property. Owners are local which is important. And friendly people. Location is perfect. Condo is very nice. I like the balcony. And the parking is gated and off the street which is nice because the hotel across the way uses the public street as their parking overflow.

Perfect location, property and hists

Whenever I come to Rincon and this condo is available, I stay here. One of the best values in the area and the owners are locals, not long distance owners and that makes a huge difference!! Super convenient location, nice space, private gated parking and it’s fun to sit on the balcony in the evening and watch the comings and goings at the Cofresi hotel. Highly recommended.

A place we have stayed before

We stayed here before and liked what we saw. When the opportunity came for us to find a place to stay in the area, we choose this one again. Rooms had a beach vacation look to them. It’s on the 4 th level so that helped with the view. If you have a problem with steps, this might be a problem for you. But if steps don’t bother you , then the better view is worth it. Definitely will stay a third time if circumstances have us staying in the area.

Perfect location if you want to be near everything

I like being away from the expat community. I have American friends, ageing surfers who have retired in Puntas. But I like to get to practice my Spanish, eat different things, shop for unknown brands and products. If not, I could just vacation in Miami. These hosts are really nice. This was my second stay and hopefully not my last!!

WOW it was beyond my expectations. Location location location beach is steps away. U can walk to Liquor store, pizza restaurant and 7 express. The hospitality by host And his parents over and beyond superb. We will definitely come back if available when I come back home and they have me this will be my second home when I return

Clean and comfortable

Iris, Marcos' mom, is helpful, responsive and adorable. The apartment is well stocked, comfortable and super clean. The beach is very short walk away and there are plenty of bars and restaurants to walk to. Unfortunately, the island went on lockdown for the Coronavirus while we were there, so we couldn't go to any place but the grocery store :( If it weren't for that, this would have been a glorious place to be.
