RINCÓN ☀️ WIFI + NETFLIX + POOLS + SEA ☀️
Apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, parking, terrace, WIFI, 49 "Smart TV (with Netflix, Prime Video, HBO and Sky included), terrace with dining area and beautiful views of the sea. Also with 2 community pools, green areas, children's area, supermarkets, gas stations and easy access to the highway. The beach you have in a couple of minutes by car or you can access by taking a walk.
Accommodation
The apartment is super comfortable for up to 6 people. It has the living room with air conditioning although many people do not use it because the environment stays fresh. You can make the most of the urbanization as it has a nice viewpoint, tennis area, children's pool and for adults with access for the disabled. The Lidl is a few meters away and the Mercadona goes down the hill. You do not have to worry where to park because we include parking at the same price. Everything are amenities. And, do not forget: WIFI and Smart TV so you have a few nights watching series and movies as a family.
