"We have spend an amazing week in this holiday home. The house was perfect for our 3 families with young children. The pool was perfect for the children: with steps and a safety fence. The owners live right next door but they are very nice and we didn’t see them at all, unless we needed help with something. We highly recommend this holiday home!"

"We stayed at this beautiful farmhouse with a group of 6 friends, and it was perfect for our group. Each couple had separate quarters and bathrooms, and there was extra room if we wanted to add more. The kitchen was amazing and ready for cooking if desired, and the setting is perfectly situation in the vineyards to explore nearby tastings and villages."

They were on site the whole time we were there, so we shared the pool with them and the people renting their smaller apartment (although we were never actually in the pool at the same time). We didnt realise this from the advert. The house is nice, but a little old fashioned - the kitchen and bathroom could really do with a refresh as they feel very dated. "Excellent property which is well equipped with everything you need for a great holiday. Host is very accommodating to ensure you have everything you need and responded quickly to all communication pre-holiday. Lovely peaceful location just half hour from Bergerac was perfect for what we were looking for. "

"Everything you would expect from a five star resort EXCEPT the hotel recommended wine tour which was poor no vine yard just a sales pitch of very expensive wine from a self promoting guide who soon lost interest when he didn’t see the big sale.. The quality of this recommendation soured the overal experience ."

"Badon Boutique is an excellent place to stay in St Emilion, Staff were so helpful, Parking is a real problem in this very popular tourist town but there is spacious parking albeit having to navigate beforehand through the narrow cobbled streets.There are wine shops all around you, including their own. Fabulous restaurants just meters away, including the outstanding L’Huterie Pie, just across the street. If you want to stay in St Emilion ( and you do to stroll the lanes after the tour buses have gone, stay here!!"

"Great location just off the motorway, very efficient check in and although the meal we had was expensive for what appeared to be a microwave dish, we were happy as a family to have it available. The room was large, two separate bedrooms and a huge bathroom. Warm, clean and comfortable."

"Was a decent property in a nice little area, however it clearly needed repairs doing to the property. Random holes in walls, one of the wardrobe doors completly removed and the outside chairs needed replacing. Nothing that a few 100 euro couldnt fix to give this place a 5 stars. The host was friendly.ajd easily contactable. Nearest big supermarket is 1km away which is really handy as it has more or less everything."
