Dopo alcuni anni siamo tornati in questa struttura della quale avevamo un ottimo ricordo. Oggi L hotel risulta un po’ “vecchiotto” Le camere andrebbero ristrutturate (rubinetteria, porte, pavimenti...). Pulizia ottima e colazione eccellente. Personale molto cortese e disponibile.

Personal war sehr freundlich bzw Kinderfreundlich und hilfsbereit sehr modern eingerichtet im infobereich. Unser Sohn bekam noch Spielzeug geschenkt für am Strand zu spielen, sehr süß. Frühstück war zwar immer es selbe jeden Tag, aber sehr reichlich und der Kaffee ist sehr gut. Zimmer würde jeden Tag gereinigt aber man könnte ein bisschen besser reinigen unterm Bett zum Beispiel sehr staubig. Und Ameisen hatten wir im Bad und im Zimmer. Habe sie selbst entfernt danach habe ich keine mehr gesehen. Zimmer sehr klein wenn man ein kleines Kind dabei hat mit einem Reisebett. Im Zimmer würden vll noch paar Bilder nicht fehlen. Parkplatz am Hotel fande ich zu teuer 15€ am Tag und habe 5 min entfernt auf einer Hauptstraße für 8€ geparkt. War auch nicht so schlimm und am auto ist auch nichts passiert. Also im Groß und Ganze ist es zu empfehlen.

Personale poco competente

Ottima zona vicino un po' a tutto, sia spiaggia che shopping. Ottima e varia la colazione. Molto buona la pulizia nelle stanze, che sono però da 3 non certo da 4 stelle. Gentile l'accoglienza, problemi invece al check out con persona (giovane) poco qualificata. Infatti avendo pagato in anticipo la prenotazione (una settimana) ma con carta di una persona non ospite della stanza, è stata richiesta oltre alla firma su modulo via email, anche copia dei documenti e foto della carta di credito della persona pagante! Se la persona avesse rubato quella carta, probabilmente nella stessa borsetta avrebbe trovato forse anche i documenti della proprietaria, no? Comunque in tanti anni dove al massimo è capitato volessero la firma online, è la prima volta che mi tocca disturbare una persona e impegnarla per mezz'ora (tra l'altro il 15 di agosto). Ovviamente ho scelto di pagare cash, spero rimborsino la carta.

Soggiornato per il weekend della notte rosa, la struttura è situata limitrofa al viale Amerigo Vespucci, quindi comoda e facilmente raggiungibile, la posizione è veramente ottima. Per quanto riguarda la camera è risultata essere un po’ datata nel mobilio e le foto presenti qui non corrispondono a quella fornitami dalla struttura. La pulizia della camera sembra essere stata buona. Avendo fatto solo il pernottamento con prima colazione posso dire che la colazione è ottima e ricca, viene fornita con un orario davvero accessibile a tutti, dalle 8 alle 11 di mattina. Personale gentile e disponibile alle richieste dei clienti. Hotel nella media, 3 stelle si, ma non 4. Parcheggio privato dell’hotel a 15€ al giorno, in reception ci è stato consigliato di parcheggiare in strada pagando un forfettario di 5€ al giorno nelle strisce blu e risparmiando notevolmente.

La camera non corrispondeva a quella che avevo prenotato nel sito (doveva essere di 19mq ed era molto più piccola), deludente nell’arredo e poca accuratezza nella pulizia del bagno ( pavimento e wc con numerosi capelli lunghi, grossi, neri).

Nice for the money you pay.

Friendly staff, private parking for 15 euro. Bad lighting in the room (normal for Italy) but in general all ok. Breakfast and check out till 12pm!

Hotel mit gutem Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Das Hotel triste ist ein modernes und schön eingerichtetes Hotel. Es befindet sich nur 3 bis 4 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Hotelzimmer sind modern aber ich hier und da renovierungsbedürftig. Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr gut. Das Hotel Team ist stets sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend gewesen. Ich würde auf jeden Fall das Hotel wieder buchen da das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut passt und in Rimini eines der besten Hotels ist.

Hotel in una buona zona ma con segni del tempo sulla struttura . Moquette usurata e sporca in varie parti , arredamento scadente , aria condizionata rumorosa e posizionata diretta sul letto .
