Hotel ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung, aber niemals 3 Sterne!!! direkt neben Bahnlinie - auch nachts fahren Züge :-(, 5 Min. zum schönen Strand, Zimmereinrichtung erinnert an Jugendherberge, aaber sauber, keine Menüwahl, es gibt nur 1 Nudelgericht, 1 Hauptgericht, dafür feines Anti-Pasti-Buffet - kein Dessert.. Wer zum Frühstück Brot möchte, ist schlecht dran, denn dieses ist vom Vortag oder billigstes Aufbackbrot, Croissants sind widerum gut. Schwimmbad ist eher schmuddelig. Trotzdem hatten wir 4 schöne Tage in Rimini

NON PRENOTATE: PLEASE, DON'T CHOOSE THIS HOTEL

Purtroppo è stata un'esperienza pessima. La struttura è fatiscente e la sensazione è quella dell'abbandono (il contrasto con le foto presenti sul sito è lampante: la piscina, in particolare, è veramente molto piccola e in contrasto da come potrebbe sembrare nelle foto). Inoltre - biancheria: sporca - insonorizzazione delle camere: praticamente assente (si sente qulsiasi rumore, sia dai vicini, sia dal piano superiore e inferiore. inoltre la ferrovia è proprio di fronte...) - formiche: pullulano nelle rifiniture delle porte in "legno marcio" e sono quindi onnipresenti in tutta la stanza. - il bagno: merita qualche riga in più. la finestra è un buco nella parete, "schermato" dall'esterno da un vetro distante qualche cm (impossibile impedire l'ingresso di insetti e zanzare). La doccia è senza box ed è praticamente sopra i sanitari (il che significa che, mentre la usi, devi stare in piedi in fra questi ultimi). Scarichi perennemente maleodoranti. - colazione a buffet, misera e di pessima qualità (persino caffè e bevande sono imbevibili). - la televisione: solo due canali, mtv e italia 1. - la piscina: anche qua l'igiene lascia a desiderare. - il personale: presente fisicamente, assente di fronte ad ogni domanda o richiesta. Concludo dicendo che sono generalmente molto accomodante, ma in questo caso non ci sono attenuanti: le tre stelle sono una farsa. ps: leggete bene i servizi offerti. Io ho sottovalutato l'assenza dell'aria condizionata e del minibar...grave errore.

ho rivissuto la Rimini Rimini dei film di Gigi e Andrea... Ultima ristrutturazione dell'Hotel, forse nel 70'... bagno di antiquariato (anni 50', senza finestra apribile. Al posto della finestra c'era un vetro verde montato su un telaio artigianale murato a 5 cm. dal foro della finestra (dopo la doccia era un bagno turco, impraticabile). L'acqua usciva con il contagocce, solo calda dal lavandino, solo bollente dalla doccia. Mancavano gli asciugamani, e dopo averli chiesti 2 volte ho girato l'albergo con la cameriera, che voleva darmi 2 asciugamani, mentre noi eravamo in tre. Il ventilatore a soffitto girava a malapena e non muoveva un filo d'aria, e all'ultimo piano col caldo del tetto c'erano oltre 40 gradi. Con la finestra aperta, per tutta la notte ogni 20 minuti passava un treno ad alta velocità (l'albergo affaccia sulle rotaie), suonando al'impazzata, ed io mi chiedo, ma come fanno quelli che vivono lì ? e cosa avranno da suonare i treni alle 3 di notte nei centri abitati ? Mia madre, cardiopatica, quando alle 2 di notte è saltata la corrente, è stata anche male (ha passato la notte a sedere in terrazza). Per finire, mi hanno dato una ricevuta fiscale di 0 € dove si scrive che il soggiorno è stato a carico dell'Hotel Management Sas ? Hanno evaso le tasse, o non mi devo aspettare l'addebito sulla mia carta di credito, perchè il pernotto mi è stato gentilmente offerto ? Non mento, ho tenuto la ricevuta. Ho speso poco, ma per il servizio ricevuto, è stato pure troppo.

Hotel Mutacita-orrendo

Hotel 3 stelle (ma dove???) forse a 2 stelle, tutto negativo a partire dallo stipite della porta divelto e nn riparato, all'armadio recuperato di almeno 3 decenni fa, dalla camera quadrupla nn corrispondente alla richiesta (3 mtx3 mt) al bagno da paura ridottissimo, con tubo flessibile della doccia riparato con nastro isolante e arredi scadenti (da Cossovo!!!!), pavimento in linoleum,sporco, ormai introvabile nemmeno negli ostelli più degradati, per finire con le ragnatele NERE (di vecchia data) sul soffitto rimaste per tutto il periodo del soggiorno, il tutto documentato da foto che allegheremo.

Hotel was zeker geen aanrader. Niet netjes en weinig comfort. 's Nachts veel lawaai van de buurt en de trein. Enkel het zwembad heeft een beetje goedgemaakt.

Hotel From Hell!

I have a fair amount of travelling under my belt and have never felt the need to write a review before....Until I styaed at this hotel. I stayed at Mutacita, Rimini for only 4 nights (Thank God!). The hotel is rated a 3 star which must be a mistake. The rooms are dirty, cramped and badly furnished with broken furniture. The bed sheets were stained and the rooms do not have air conditioning, this is probably OK during the winter months but I stayed there in July and ended up going down town to purchase a fan. The pool is big enough to splash around in but needs a good clean as it has a lot of dirt at the bottom. Like I said, I have never written a review before but feel I need to to let people know about this place before they make the same mistake as I did. Book somewhere else!!

Expecting much more than a supposedly 3 star hotel, room was stuffy and far to hot, the fan was slow and switched off every 30 mins. ended up getting only a couple of hours sleep and was greeted by a poor poor breakfast with a grand choice of some dusty croissants (not even Italian!) and a broken coffe machine. To be frank it was a load of wank.
