L’hôtel est très bien placé, notre chambre avait une belle vue sur la mer, on sent que l’hôtel a été rénové et que le personnel est motivé pour satisfaire le client. Cependant les petits déjeuners ne sont pas assez variés pour un 4 étoiles en Italie, les chambres sont petites, la douche étroite et le boîtier de la climatisation a du être changé deux fois car il ne fonctionnait pas. Là où l’on a été très mécontents en revanche et que l’on avait réservé avec un règlement à payer sur place, et il a été prélevé sur notre compte en amont…

Molta apparenza, poca sostanza

Non posso dire che sia stata un'esperienza all’altezza delle aspettative. La prima sorpresa è stata al check in: arrivati in anticipo in hotel ci hanno detto di ripresentarci dopo le 14 pur essendo previste le ore 13.00 nelle condizioni di prenotazione; nell’attesa abbiamo quindi chiesto di poter lasciare in deposito i bagagli, servizio per il quale erano previsti 20 € per 2 bagagli. Rendendosi conto dell’esosità della richiesta, ci è stato fatto uno sconto di 10 €. Pur viaggiando molto è la prima volta che mi viene richiesto il pagamento del servizio deposito bagagli. Passando al check-in, che è stato lunghissimo, le condizioni prevedevano check-in dopo le ore 13.00. Entrato in possesso della camera alle 14.45, ci siamo subito resi conto che la camera non era vista mare, come da nostra prenotazione. Fatto presente l’inconveniente ci è stato detto che in sostituzione ci era stata assegnata una camera “confort”, di costo superiore, a loro detta, a quella con vista mare. Per non fare ulteriore polemiche abbiamo mantenuto la camera assegnata. In generale, si ha la sensazione che qualsiasi richiesta del cliente sia un pretesto per spillare denaro al cliente. Il personale dell’hotel appare poco disponibile, poco attento alle esigenze del cliente, e questo lo si nota sopratutto a colazione a buffet, dove il personale tende a sfuggire al cliente facendo finta di non sentire la chiamata, costringendo il cliente ad alzarsi per chiedere. In 2 parole molta apparenza poca sostanza

- geniale Lage - schöner Strand - Personal eher unflexibel und sehr langsam - Reinigung im Zimmer hervorragend - Hotel wunderschön - Viele Nebenkosten wie Strandliegen und Parkplatz - Poolreiniging unverständlich ( den ganzen Tag wird der Pool gereinigt anstelle am Morgen bervor der Pool öffnet oder am Abend wenn er schliesst) das war sehr entäuschend - Nicht alle im Personal konnten Englisch und die Bedienung beim Morgenessen war teils sehr langsam und schenkte uns keine Beachtung jedoch die jungen Angestellten waren sehr aufmerksam

Fantastiskt fint hotell. Bra pool som tyvärr är i skugga på eftermiddagen, men då var vi på stranden som ligger precis bredvid hotellet. Mycket bra service på alla sätt och bra städning. Bra frukost. Fräscht.

Som den første mødte vi en lidt stresset og uopmærksom ældre receptionist, som startede med at fortælle os, at vi kunne få et værelse kl to i stedet for, som vi ved bookinger fik at vide, kl. 13. Ikke at han beklagede set, han konstaterede det blot. Herefter var alt godt. Renhed og komfort var meget fin, og dagen efter talte vi med en ung, mandlig receptionist, som i den grad opvejede vores dårlige førstehåndsindtryk. Han var sød og hjælpsom med både bustider, taxaer og opbevaring af bagage.

Отель находится на реконструкции!

Забронировали отель за месяц до поездки, посмотрев локацию, наличие бассейна и все хорошие отзывы. Когда мы приехали выяснилось что отель фактически находится на реконструкции, работает лишь несколько номеров с видим на работающий башенный кран. Бассейн закрыт, в целом очень пыльно и шумно. При этом персонал в хамской форме сказал что информировать о таком состоянии отеля они Были не обязаны, деньги все списаны заранее и возвращать отель их не будет даже при отмене бронирования. Пришлось срочно с коляской и чемоданами искать на месте другой отель. Теперь пытаемся вернуть деньги.

Hotel: Alles war zur besten Zufriedenheit.Tolles Zimmer zur Meerseite,Frühstück, grosser Pool mit Sonnenliegen auf der Terrasse. Zentrale Lage,aber trotzdem recht ruhig, in der Viale Vespucci mit Restaurants und Geschäften. Lädt zum Bummeln ein.
