"We stayed in the lodge, small room with no AC and 2 bathrooms down the hall. Sink was in the room with microwave & small fridge. The stream and chairs next to it were a great place to relax. The short walk to Rouge Gorge was definitely worth it! Lots of items available in the shop on site. Not sure I would call it a resort, very rustic. Cabins do have AC. Would stay again."
"We really enjoyed our brief stay! This tiny home was perfect for our needs. Clean, tidy, small, quiet space. Very peaceful. Not many places close by (in regards to amenities, food, etc) so need to plan that in advance. Host communicated this well in advance as well!"
"The house and property were represented well. House was very clean and comfortable. There were lots of basic staples in the pantry. The creek behind the house was lovely. I was very grateful the property owners had mosquito spray available because as the sun was starting to go down, the mosquitoes were coming out.The property is very close to crater Lake. Which made visiting the national Park really enjoyable. We also took an additional day to go check out the lava beds, which weren’t too far away from the house. There is not much around the property as far as getting supplies/groceries. Plan on bringing your own or driving to Klamath to get food to prepare on property. There was a casino about 20 minutes away that had a restaurant. The restaurant was just OK. There are two very small, mini markets close by, but didn’t have much to choose from and their hours were very limited."
Cozy home on Cattle Ranch, close drive to Crater Lake National Park entrance.
10/10 Excellent
"We thought our stay here was great! It’s located on a cattle ranch 15 minutes outside of the south entrance to Crater Lake National Park. It was wonderful waking up in the morning surrounded by solitude and baby cows each morning. Thoughtful touches such as a basket of snacks and hot chocolate packets were so nice. It’s located in a really rural area, with more populated Klamath Falls a half hour away, so I recommend bringing food with you to stock up. We would absolutely stay here again if we come back to the area."
