"Bins not emptied from previous occupants. Paint flaking off bathroom ceiling. Bathroom fan didn’t work. Wallpaper hanging off walls. Bathroom pipes not boxed in and were filthy. Not enough staff on reception hence long queues. Lift announcements in Spanish ( no good for visually impaired). Corridors without carpets and had holes everywhere. Very poor standard."
"Second time we have stayed at the Clifton hotel both times have been a pleasurable stay we booked a room with a wonderful sea view , the room was clean & tidy with a large walk in shower , parking was a breeze using the hotel car park the staff were friendly & helpful we would definitely recommend this hotel A++++"
