Shower didn't work properly as the temperature tap was broken (not the heat limiter that they also apparently have on all showers, ours couldn't get colder either). Overall for the price it's great value for money, and had we been staying longer than a night I'm sure the shower issue would have been sorted by staff. "

"Yes there are shops in the area also cafes. There is a small parking area which is free when you book in. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and the room was clean and comfortable. "

"We literally checked in and slept bed was comfy had a good nights sleep, awoke refreshed and ready for our day in Manchester. Room was clean stocked with tea for a relaxing cuppa, bathroom was clean. Breakfast was as good as always in a Novotel, the hotel has had a makeover since the last time we visited."
