"The lady at the front desk (Anna I think was her name) was very helpful and worked extra hard to help me in a billing error that I had with Expedia.."
"I’ve been staying at the Bluemont hotel for six years, and this was the first time they’ve decided to charge $17 a day for parking. This was not listed when I booked on Expedia. The woman at the front desk did waive the fee this time only. She said they just started this two months ago. Also, the bed was hard as a rock and I could feel all of the coils, the pillows were lumpy, and the room temperature was inconsistent. I won’t be staying there again."
"The night before I return I ask for a shuttle to take me to the airport, I never received the shuttle and was told I had to make other arrangements at 11:00 am in the night."
