"The desk staff was so kind and generous. They sent a shuttle bus from the airport for us after the last one left at 11 pm. We arrived at this beautiful hotel well after midnight, needed to leave for our air connection at 6:40. They made us coffee, breakfast, and just were so lovely to us. Thank you!!"

"Where can I begin...from start to finish excellent facilities, location and service. Friendly,knowledgeable, courteous staff. Went the extra mile helping us plan itineraries, guide us on where and how to go. Even printed out the tickets for our hop on hop off bus tour. You deserve recognition for your lovely manner, friendly yet always professional. I am sure you will go far in your career. Normally I look for a new city break each time, but there is still a vast amount of Amsterdam's cultural pearls I have yet to discover. And I would recommend the Hoopddorf Best Western Plus for anyone who is visiting for a short break. It is the "Best" and Ronald and rest of stafd made it the "plus".
