"For some reason ot took long to check-in, but thats not my complaint. Disappointed that I couldn't connect my computer or usb device to the television. Seemed the system was intentional locked into prohibiting one's own devices. To make matters worse, the television offered netflix, but it was impossible to change to language to english and even worse english subtitles were not available. I found this extremely frustrating considering the films are originally English. Lastly, the breakfast was...

"Considering the apartments are in the midst of an ongoing war, it is impressive to see how the gated community has adapted to enforce curfew, have excellent facilities, restaurants and playgrounds on site. Great apartment, excellent shower, TV, comfy bed, washing machine, kettle all you need! "
"It was (is) great. They were very helpful during the russian missile strikes by providing a shelter close by. The staff speak some english but will always use a translation app to communicate. The hotels restaurant is very upscale but very affordable. You can get a wonderful meal for less than 10 dollars(canadian)"
"The host set up a keyless code since arrived in Monday. Yulia the manager was great. She move the two rooms closer. The rooms are cleaned once a day. Onsite security is present and polite. There are two large malls on both sides of the apartment about 0.7 km. Across street is good grocery store. Right next door is McDonald's. The kyiv has rotating blackout the are posted in the elevator. The wifi and elevator work during the shutdowns. The fifth had kid area and nice relax. Yulia speaks English...

"Overall the hotel is great and we were happy with our stay. Our only issue was the bed wasnāt a King bed as advertised in our Suite. Nothing changed even after informing the reception. That was the disappointment as we have our 1.5 year daughter with us and was smaller bed compared to what a King bed would have been. "
