"This hotel is very poorly run. First of all, I was double charged for the whole booking. Hotels.com says the manager does not agree to give me refund for 1 of the bookings. When I checked in, I talked to the manager (also owner), he was very friendly and said would give me refund for it. But he lied. I never got my refund and Hotels.com confirmed that no refund was given.
Let's talk about the room itself: no dead bolt, no wifi, no hangers for clothes, fridge does not work, pipe under sink is leaking.
