There was nobody at the apartment when I arrived from the airport, the apartment was dark. There was absolutely no communication from the property owner. I communicated with two separate vrbo support staff through the app who could not reach the owner either. I am currently launching my claim for a full refund onto my visa. Please follow up with this location/account so that this owner cannot continue to solicit. This could have been a very bad situation if I had been a young traveller.
