"From the moment we walked in, the hotel charmed us with its distinctive design, quaint atmosphere, and character. It was anything but an ordinary hotel. But what really made the stay exceptional was the staff. They went well beyond being simply polite and friendly. They were genuinely attentive, exceptionally helpful, and always willing to go out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. A truly memorable experience."

"Nice hotel in a very central location. The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with various options available. The pub and restaurant was pleasant and the meals that I ate there were to a very high standard. The room was fine, though a little tired and in need of an update. Shout out to Viktoria, who was super nice & never seemed to stop working!!"

"The room was clean, and the pre-booking system for the spa facilities was very convenient and well organised. However, the staff could have been friendlier and more welcoming. The biggest disappointment was the Wi-Fi. It was extremely difficult to connect, which made the internet service very frustrating to use. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the Wi-Fi issue definitely needs improvement."
