"This is a lovely hotel. The owners are friendly and very welcoming. The hotel itself is clean, well situated & quiet. The building is in excellent condition and transport to Florence S.M.N is easy. Lots of amenities nearby, including a laundromat. Would definitely would recommend. "

"Recently remodeled, two bedroom apartment, beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean and neat. Excellent host, very communicative and easy to work with. Plenty of places to eat within a 15 minute walk."

"Location was perfect. Close to tram and supermarket. The tram ride made it so easy to get to Florence center.Shower curtain too short, means a lot of water on the floor after taking a shower. It was cold in the apartment. No heating in Italy from April until October. Luckily we found a space heater. It helped a little bit.I would choose this apartment again because of its location."

"Essentially No response to messages. Costs were higher than posted because they didn’t include service charge of 125 euros. Condo is 2 miles from City Center. Property manager was never available to discuss issues with stove and returning keys. None of the other property managers returned calls. So this goes down as my worst stays during 45 yrs of world travels."
