The bed had a 6 cm foam mattress on a solid wood box base so very uncomfortable to sit on never mind sleep on, but still appeared to sag in middle. No reception, 2 flights of stairs and main door left open, so less than secure. Unsafe and unhealthy."

"The apartment was great - in an excellent location close to shops and restaurants in the village square and within easy walking distance from the old city. The apartment itself had everything we needed and included a nice private balcony which added to the ambience. We would definately choose to stay again if we are back in Carcassonne. "The apartment was in great condition and a great size for a family stay. The kitchen was very functional for preparing meals and eating. We enjoyed staying in Roullens out of the centre of Carcassone for a few nights and it was easy to get into Carcassone and also to Toulouse. We had a great stay and thank you to the wonderful hosts."
