"The resort is located on the side of the hill so you could see down in the valley, which is very beautiful in the morning. The rooms are very clean spacious bathrooms. "This was a unique hotel that is part of an old castle. Stefano and Elisabetta were wonderful hosts! Stefano is an architect and designed the rooms. Huge, comfortable room and expansive bathroom. A delicious breakfast was ready for us in the morning. Not far from Rome and you get to enjoy the quiet village of Fiano Romano. "
