"We came because it was Parents weekend at Baylor. This cottage was so cute and perfect for my husband and myself. It looked like new decorated so cute and about 15 minutes from everything. We will be back!"

"My family and I needed a relaxing getaway! The house was perfect. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the river and fire pit. We grilled both nights and enjoyed the deck. The living room was very cozy. The sun room was fun and comfortable. We all slept well! We enjoyed watching the rain through the windows on our last day; it was very relaxing. We hope to return soon! "The location is great for the zoo and to downtown! We were able to hear the wedding venue at night, clearly. I loved the decor and they did a great job making the house feel like a well loved home. However, the house is literally leaning. Cracks in the walls and ceiling were visible. I never felt unsafe, but it was a bit unnerving. I loved the backyard and sitting area- we didn’t get to use it but if the weather was nicer, we’d be back there! "
