"The room was not too big for two beds. There was not a lot of privacy. There was no door to the shower just curtains and the walls between the bathroom and the main room had open gaps. They charged for breakfast. They charge for coffee. I walked up the street about six blocks because I was willing to pay for coffee then pay additionally for coffee at a $320 per night hotel"

"This was the second time staying at Arrive. We enjoyed our stay. They have nice sitting areas around the nicely landscaped property. We played cornhole and sat in the Andirondack chairs and played cards. They have a cute little bar, and the drinks were very good. It is conveniently located and within walking distance to many fun spots throughout Wilmington. We had breakfast in their restaurant. It was quite good."
