More information by the provider: The House Amici is a CO2-neutral Minergie house with a sustainable geothermal heating system and is located in an excellent position on Riederalp-West, right next to the chapel and only 50 meters from the Hohfluh chairlift. In winter, it offers optimal access to the ski slopes that start and return right at the doorstep. The shopping option Prima and the gondola lift Mörel Riederalp-West are only 80 meters away. Nearby, there is also a new children's playground as well as the golf course. Guests have access to the extensive wellness offerings of the Golfhotel Riederhof for a fee, which is about 100 meters away.
The apartment features two double bedrooms with laminate flooring as well as a stylish living and dining area with granite flooring. The kitchen is fully equipped with a glass ceramic cooktop, convection oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine. A flat-screen SAT-TV in the living area and another in the bedroom, a PS4 and a DAB/internet radio provide entertainment. Wi-Fi is available. The bathroom offers a corner bathtub with direct access from the master bedroom and there is an additional separate shower with a toilet. Two furnished balconies invite you to linger. Modern, gepfelgt und gut gelegen

Die Wohnung ist top-modern und voll ausgestattet. Großer Wohn-Essbereich mit offener Küche. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das ganze nur ein paar Fussminuten von der Gondelbahn (Riederalp WEST). Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche im Sommer dort verbracht.

Het is een mooie luxe appartement met een grote master bedroom en aangrenzende badkamer met groot ligbad. In de andere slaapkamer (2 éenpersoonsbedden) staat een grote flatscreen tv. Tegenover deze kamer is nog een badkamer met wc en douche. In de huiskamer staat ook een flatscreen met PlayStation 4. Spelletjes zijn voorradig. In de woonkamer staat ook een mobiele airco. De keuken is ook van alle gemakken voorzien en ook daar is alles op voorraad. Vanaf het balkon heb je een schitterend uitzicht over de bergen. Dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt zit recht tegenover de kabelbaan op ca. 100 meter van het appartement. In het appartementsgebouw is tevens een lift aanwezig.
