Schöne Wohnung

Saubere, schön eingerichtete Wohnung, tolle ruhige Lage, Sauna und Whirlpool waren der Hit. Leider hat die "Schlüsselübergabe" nicht so wie geplant stattgefunden., aber durch den Hausmeister/Reinigungspersonal vor Ort war es letztendlich kein Problem. Gerne wieder !

Große Wohnung mit vielen Abstrichen

Kurz und knapp: Preis- Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht zusammen. Den Mietpreis halte ich für überteuert. Wir hätten gut auf Sauna (nicht genutzt) und Whirlpool (Heizung+Radio defekt, Schmutz kam aus den Düsen bei Benutzung) verzichten können und uns eine bessere Ausstattung gewünscht (Kühlschrank komplett ohne Glasböden, somit nicht nutzbar, Küchenausstattung mangelhaft). Die Wohnung selbst ist groß und gut geschnitten. Schön ist der Blick in eine große, alte Eiche. Die "Parkplatz"situation (schmaler Streifen unterhalb des Hauses) ist leider auch so, dass meist nicht für alle Autos Platz war, so dass wir oft auf dem kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz parken mussten. Vieles wirkt, als wäre kurz vor Fertigstellung nicht zuende gearbeitet worden (z.B. Unterverteilung nicht eingeputzt, Whirlpool nicht richtig eingebaut, lose Kabel im Aussenbereich). Kontakt zur Agentur sehr positiv, hier wurde uns direkt geholfen (außer mit Böden für den Kühlschrank). Achtung: auf den Fotos ist eine der anderen Wohnungen abgebildet! Die Umgebung ist allerdings traumhaft. Der Badesee ist für Kleinkinder ungeeignet da es keinen flachen Einstieg gibt. Wenn noch einmal Rieden, dann in einer anderen Wohnung!

Schön, mit Wermutstropfen

Vorneweg: wir hatten einen schönen Wochenendaufenthalt. Ein schönes Fleckchen Erde und ein schönes Apartment. Wermutstropfen: die Heizung des ausgelobten Whirlpools funktionierte nicht; der Heißwasservorrat ist auch nicht ausreichend, ihn auf Temperatur zu bringen. Wir hätten erwartet, dass man uns proaktiv einen Nachlass auf den doch stolzen Preis gibt. Leider nicht geschehen. Wir buchen es als Lehrgeld ab.
