"The hotel was a great place to stay - it filled our needs and was a good value , clean and had a great staff . It is family run and a great find . Great location , beautiful scenery and friendly staff . Do not sleep on the breakfast - we have done a lot of travel and spent time at very expensive hotels - this breakfast is awesome . The owner / manager is a great host ( Andreas ) - highly recommend "

"Hotel, rooms, restaurant, location, and staff were fabulous! We chose to stay in Fussen as part of our stop to see Neuschwanstein. Glad we did! As a family of with 2 teens, we had two rooms. Both rooms were great and uniquely decorated. We rented e-bikes from the hotel and rode throughout the area. We drove to Neuschwanstein. We enjoyed walking through Old Town and loved the breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Will definitely return!"

"Excellent location. The halbpension was great value. Wonderful breakfast and Andre(?) , the food director, did an outstanding job at dinner. The spa is also a nice treat after a day of touring the castles. The place is huge and any kind of service is difficult to come by. Also our room in the Alpenrose section had a very strange layout…half the space was taken up by a large bathtub. "
