"I was very disappointed when I showed up. I had made two requests. One was to check to see if they had a peloton which they did and the other one was to check to see if they had a pool. I was told yes they do. I called the front desk, told him what day I was going to be there and asked if those would be available. I was told yes. When we got there, we were excited cuz it was a 90° day and we wanted to go lay by the pool. WWell I was informed upon check-in that the pool was still closed for 2 weeks. It didn't open for another 10 days or so till the beginning of the following month."

"Very nice hotel. Easy walk to Broadway. Staff was very pleasant, friendly and accomodating. Rooms were clean, nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need for you stay. Would stay here again. "
