"We really loved the neighborhood, with great spots to walk to. Steeplejack is a stone's throw away, a long with other great locations along Broadway. The unit itself is very nice, on the ground floor and we'll taken care of. Our family of 4 with littles under 4 had a great time. We had a little trouble with check-in using the multiple code sequence, but Jody was available right away and helped us get in in no time. We would love to stay here again!"

"My partner and I stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed everything about it. Very clean, firm foam king bed (no bouncing, great for post surgery), useful kitchen and a huge living room space. Super thankful parking permit was included and managed by Becky. Becky was super helpful and quickly responded to questions. This place is right off the interstate making it so convenient. "This was such a fun place to stay for my birthday with my friends. It was very clean, had games to play with friends, and is super close to bars and resteraunts. The only thing was that the check in process was a little confusing. I wish there was more information on where to get the key needed. We had to ask around since there was no one in leasing office. Other than that, I would highly recommend!"

"Everything was really cleaning and the location was amazing. The only thing that need some work is the bed. When ever you move it makes a lot of noise. Other than that I would definitely stay there again in the future"

"I've left a full review on the Vacasa site - they are the managers of the property. Not sure how you can access it. Basically it is a fabulous location in NW Portland, Slabtown. Right off 21st and all its restaurants and two blocks from 23rd and its shops and food and fun. SO walkable. Only a mile to downtown. Great grocery store and distillery :-) across the street. The condo is small and a bit industrial; has all the basics and we managed well enough. Our biggest issue came when one of us...

"The property was nice but really not for 8 people especially 8 adult sized people. For a smaller group this place would have been great. I had to call property management a couple times and they were quick to respond though I should not have needed to ask for sheets for a bed. There needed to be more sheets for the sofa bed as well as better pillows. The pillows seemed pretty old. The porch room seemed as if it had pets at some point because it set our allergies off. It was convenient to walk...

I’m super grateful that we were able to stay in such a great place though and maybe just an upgrade of the bed but I understand the price was amazing so we get what we paid for."

"After spending six months traveling the country and looking for a place to settle down, my wife and I settled on Portland. This property and it's hosts are a huge reason why. Great neighborhood, tons of nearby restaurants, and all the bells and whistles that you would need to stay for a couple days or a couple months. Quiet, safe, tons of parking, a full kitchen, laundry room, the whole shebang. Rachel always went above and beyond. Would highly recommend to anyone."

"Choose to stay here when in town for work. It’s quiet, clean and the amenities: warm cookies at check in, kitchen, hot drink service, and breakfast all meet my needs when here on business. Stable friendly staff are a plus!"

"Boutique hotel near a streetcar stop. Clean room with full kitchen and den area. Extremely comfortable bed. The decor is funky but fun. Due to Portland being in the news so much, I googled “safe place to stay in Portland” and I felt safe here although they did warn us not to leave anything visible in our car. "

"We are a group of 8 friends who go on vacation for a week every year.( for over 30 years ) We are 70 years plus old! Property and views were wonderful. Many deer sightings, a view of the Columbia River. House was beautiful and updated, each couple had their own bathrooms attached to rooms. It is 3 stories, so if anyone has issues with stairs consider that when booking. We had no problem. Property owners were very attentive and would definitely recommend this property."
