We all agreed that it was the nicest place we've rented through VRBO. My communication with the owners was excellent and prompt. When we go back, this will be the 1st property we'll look for. "We traveled to Vermont to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from UVM and this home was the perfect spot. The hosts literally thought of everything guests might need and provided it. From a thoughtful welcome package to serving platters to folding tables to a ping pong table. They thought of it all! The house was spotless and the communication with the host when we had questions was super fast. Highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the Stowe area!"

"5 of us - 2 'adults' and 3 grown kids - all stayed at the home. We all had plenty of space. When arriving I was confused between a key lock mounted outside the door and the integrated handle lock on the door. A quick call to the owner cleared up the confusion. The integrated lock takes some getting used to and can be a bit finicky to operate at times. We ate out mostly so didn't use the kitchen but it appeared to have everything anyone would need. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and...

"I chose this location because it was right on the water, and pet friendly, prerequisites for our vacation choice. The house is beautiful inside; clean, roomy, and perfect for our family size and gathering. We were celebrating my 70th birthday, and it could not have been a more memorable experience. I highly recommend this home and will definitely return in the future. Thank you."

"A lamp between the sofa and the love seat would have been appreciated. My laptop would not connect to the modem in the unit, so I did not have internet while I was there. We did connect with your tech team and the were great in trying to figure out how to fix the problem, but nothing worked to do so. Thankfully, my husband was able to connect right away."

"Some trouble getting in but could have been some user error. The lock is a little different and it spins so can be confusing. The owners checked in quite a bit until they could get in. The only other trouble was the second shower had no hot water. Had to use 1 shower for everyone. Only there for a long weekend so unable to be fixed that quick, understandable. Owner was very respectful and responsive. The home was very clean and tidy. Seems like everyone was comfortable in the beds as well....

"Everything that you could ask for in the beautiful town of Stowe. Great location with easy access to food, hiking and town. The property was clean, well stocked an just as advertised. Large kitchen, great ouutside space with plenty of chairs, firepit and hot tub. Quite neighborhood with comfortable beds for a good night's rest. Mark, the host was esdy to reach and communicate with. We would highly recommend this property if you are staying in the Stowe area!"

"The en suite room was just as described and met our needs perfectly. The location was within walking distance of Church Street and surrounding shops/restaurants. The hosts were very pleasant and the on-site parking was very convenient. A very enjoyable stay!"

"We have rented this cottage in September 2023 to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday with friends. The Owner was very accessible, answered all my questions very fast before and while we were there. The place is beautiful, everything you need to cook is there, and the view from the kitchen and living room is amazing! The master bedroom is beautiful, private and has many windows so you can see the lake when you wake up in the morning. I will definitely go back!"

"I had good communication with the owner but admit was disappointed by the over all experience. For such a high cleaning fee, I did not expect to have to make the beds when I arrived, but did find it was in the fine print. The house is in decent condition, but having the furniture all covered with furniture blankets made it feel cheap. The heating was erratic(hot upstairs and cold down), and I was awakened one night with water noises, which turned out to be a flushing of the water system right...

"The property was excellent, of course...on the water, facing west, very quiet, immaculate neighborhood. Bit of an old, musty smell - like an old camp. Did not bother us but it was there. Very easy directions and instructions for use of the property. Uber was easy picking up and dropping off. Towels and linens were very clean. Thank you for a great stay."

"My family had a wonderful stay in Colchester. We loved the house, the view of the lake was incredible. My kids loved it so much they want to rent it every year! Great recommendations from the hosts for restaurants and hiking in the area. We loved the move theater - and had a great night going to the drive-in movies a few miles down the road! "Nice, simple, well maintained accommodation. It is important to note that this property does not have a kitchen and the bedroom has two single beds. As long as that situation works for you, this is a good place to stay when you are visiting Burlington."
