There are a lot of stairs especially if you stay on the second floor and no elevators. It’s a historic property so it lacks the amenities of a hotel. For short stays up to a week."

From the reception counter to the front entrance, the staff consistently greeted us with warm smiles, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We also appreciated the room upgrade. The upgraded room was spacious, comfortable, and made our stay even more enjoyable. The only minor drawback was that some noise from the ongoing renovation works could occasionally be heard. Overall, we had a very pleasant and memorable stay at Pullman Kuching, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality shown by the staff."
