"Excellent stay"

"The place was beautiful and very cool, it also felt very secure. I only have two major complaints: one, I booked two separate rooms and prior to checking-in, I only got the information for how to check-in for one of the rooms. I had to reach out to the virtual desk to get the information about the second room. Luckily I had time, but if I hadn't that would have been super stressful.
