"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn… the staff was friendly, our room was clean, and we were close to restaurants and activities. We brought our dogs and appreciated the pet friendly atmosphere. If we visit Cleveland again… will definitely pick this hotel!"

"I believe she was the general manager her name is Ms. Lysa Young. I had not been able to see my family in a while she really made the experience so wonderful. I would also like to recognize a Mrs.Bobbi Tarner she was a wonderful housekeeper who was understanding when I explained that one of the siblings requires help with some needs and that I apologize in for having to do extra vacuuming some. And in true fashion of a veterans in customer service Bobbie and Lysa both having such great attitude and smiles by saying well if it's a few extra crumbs it was nothing that they could not handle. On a side note I had mentioned that I am supervisor for a large Hospital in charge of patient discharges with 19 EVS technician and and even though housekeeping it's very important that we are overlooked and so under depreciated same with customer service workers.In closing not only would be a returning guest at Wyndham of Independent but would highly recommend them. Keep up the great customers service "
