Welcome to this modern, cozy 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath duplex in central Richland. Perfect for families, Hanford workers, travel nurses, and weekend visitors.

Sleeps six with 2 queen and 2 twin beds. Enjoy a full kitchen, smart TV, strong Wi-Fi, and a fenced yard with outdoor seating. Private parking on the left side of the building.

Just minutes from the Hanford Site, riverfront, and downtown Richland.

The space
This warm, modern home blends comfort and convenience. The bright living area offers plush seating, a smart TV, and reliable Wi-Fi for work or streaming. We also have a vintage record cabinet which adds a unique touch of charm. It features a working radio and record player, with a top lid that lifts open for access. You’ll also find that the sofa includes built-in USB ports for charging your devices & board games in the sofa console for a fun night in.

The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dinnerware, and full-size appliances—perfect for family meals or longer stays.

Bedrooms feature soft bedding and plenty of closet space, with one king room, queen room & two twin beds in the third room. The king bed's headboard has reading lights and additional charging ports for your convenience.

A washer and dryer are available, and the fenced backyard with outdoor seating is ideal for relaxing or gathering after a long day.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including a private entrance, fenced yard, and designated parking on the left side of the building.

Cute little house, loved all the updates and little touches. House is remodeled old home so it did take a long time to warm up, but the plethora of cozy blankets helped. Recommend backing into the driveway so you can leave easier as that can be a little dicey . Host was extremely welcoming and house had lots of little extras to make the stay enjoyable.
