"The cabin experience was more than we expected. It was beautiful inside and out. It was very clean at arrival. We loved sitting outside listening to the owls at night, the kids skipped rocks on the pond and we stayed up late playing board games. I wish we had stayed longer since we had such a great time!! "

"Every provision you could think of is provided. The owner is very responsive to whatever you need. This is our third time staying in the different lodging available and is now our go to place when up that way. It’s quiet and peaceful even with the lull of the occasional train in the background passing. Just a nice relaxing place to just “be”. Love coming here!"

"Other than a little loss of privacy with the loft King Bed Room, and just Queens rather than King Beds in the two other bedrooms, the floor plan and amenities were excellent. It is set is a very quiet, pretty rural setting. It was a very pleasant, pretty, 20-minute drive to the sites of Cooperstown. I would recommend it. The billiard table in the cellar was of good quality. The living room and kitchen were spacious."

"We stayed for a week while our son played at Dreams Park. The cabin is so quaint and filled with the owners personal effects from Swedish heritage and made it even more special. Having the lake for fishing swimming and relaxing was exactly what we wanted for before/after/in between games. The beds were comfortable, AC room units worked great and the kitchen had all appliances, spices, cooking oils and utensils you would need. There’s a propane grill on the deck. "This property is absolutely amazing! Waking up every morning to beautiful nature was priceless! It is very quiet and secluded, nature lovers paradise. The cabin exceeded my expectations by far. It is extremely clean and welcoming. Everything that is there was felt like it was carefully chosen. We had fire at night. Watched movies wrote bed and enjoyed every minute of our stay there. We are certainly hoping to come back next year! Perfect location! Thank you very much for everything!"

"This cabin was amazing! Everything about it was perfect! Having 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom on the first floor was very convenient for us because my sister has trouble with stairs. "We stayed at the Sunnybrook cabin. It was so adorable and very comfortable. It included everything you need to stay and was in such a peaceful, tranquil setting. We visited family who lived nearby but this would be a great place to spend time for a week, weekend etc. It sits right on hiking and biking trails, has a pond to swim in and a pavilion to hang out at, and even though it was off road it was easy to get there by car. "We come to Cooperstown every fall and had a wonderful stay and will be staying here on our future visits. Diane and Glen are wonderful people and do a great job. The cabin was really comfortable and everything was updated and felt brand new. The scenery around the cabin was beautiful as well. It is an easy drive into town and to local attractions. It was just a really pleasant and enjoyable stay. We highly recommend! "
