"This is a large, well appointed house right next to the April Sound club house on Lake Conroe. There was plenty of room for our family group of 10 folks. The house was clean and communication with the owner was efficient."

"Olive place is absolutely lovely. Nestled on a cul-de-sac the area is beautiful trees and quiet, very close to Sam Houston state. The house has everything you need. Updated amenities with great showers and spacious kitchen. We had a great time!"

"This house was once a beauty, but is need of serious repair. There is evidence of mold in the garage. We never did get the golf cart to work and never got a response from the property manager about why the cart didn't work. The interior was very nice and accomidated my family. There were plenty of towels and bathroom accessories, and dishware and pot and pans. The boat dock was pretty dirty, but we used it for successful fishing. All in all, a pleasant 4 days."
