The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and the security staff made us feel so welcomed.

Stay away

Rooms had been occupied without any cleaning. Were moved to other rooms. Full of mould, generally dirty. Terrible food. I normally refrain from making bad reviews publicly, but in this case a warning is appropriate.

Hard to find! The name is SPLENDID INN BAYSHORE - and no sign says Splendid, only Bayshore Inn. We drove around for a while until we found the place. The roms offered where not together - we were a family of three adults and three children. Finally got two very small rooms adjacent w two double beds. Children had to sleep on the floor on some type of fold-out mattresses, and we had to ask for bed linen and had to make the beds ourselves.

Pas facile d'entrée dans la propriété. Il faut un Code. Normalement donné à la réservation [pas reçu]. Photo passeport, photo permis et numéro de téléphone à donner aux gardiens à l'entrée. Mauvais code pour récupérer les clés dans la boite à chiffre. 2 étages à monter sans ascenseur. Avions qu'y passent au dessus de la résidence et bruits de voiture matinale. Il faut appeler le propriétaire pour avoir le code wifi. Salle de sport correct plus une petite piscine. Assez bien située. Sécurisée.

Very basic accommodation

A very basic hotel. It’s clean, but the rooms have the barest of comforts. I stayed in a two story building with doors at either end and you hear every exit and entry as if it’s in your room. Not pleasant at all. Also don’t understand why there are no trees.

I booked a family room. Although this is a 3 star hotel, I would have rated the room higher if they had at leat a microwave in the room (I do understand it's not a self catering room). The carpets were a bit stuffy as well. One last thing... The hotel price on the check in form was lower than what I paid online. I was concerned about that...

Bad experience

Signage in this facility is very bad, from the parking there nothing that is showing a guest unit 398 and lady at the reception seems not interested in giving proper direction. May be people who visit this place are from local areas. The room has the stinking carpet because of the fridge which is not closing properly and the water drips to the floor. The sleeper couch was not comfortable, its very old need to be replaced. Linen was not provided meanwhile the booking state that we are 3 adults we have to request it.When providing the extra linen make sure you provide bath towel for the 3rd person. This facility is not supposed to be a 3 star, it need a facelift. remove the fridge on the carpet and tile underneath in case there is water spillage. improve your signs (room numbers to shown from parking)

Rooms were smelling mouldy. Unfriendly and unhelpful personel. Small rooms with small beds. The sleeping couch was terrible. The prices are way too high for what you get. Would not recommend anyone to stay there.

Das Zimmer war relativ klein aber sauber und zweckmäßig. Leider war das Personal am Empfang unfreundlich und sehr desinteressiert. Bei Nachfragen wurde genervt reagiert. Nur eine Dame am Empfang war entgegenkommend bei unseren Fragen. Beim Check Out wurde sich noch nicht einmal von uns verabschiedet. Dafür liegt das Hotel nur wenige Autominuten vom Strand entfernt, an dem man sicher und entspannt schwimmen kann, da kaum Strömungen vorhanden sind sind.
