"We got there to check in and went to the room, but the room was dirty— twice before the third time the person on duty went to the room to verify it was clean before he assigned the room to us. Sounded like he was on the phone with the manager to report the problem because they were unaware the rooms weren’t clean, probably by housekeeping staff earlier in the day. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The carpet was disgusting in the hallways and really needs replaced, but the room itself was fine and appears to have been upgraded recently."
