"This hotel was in a good central location, spotless, smart and functional. The door code provided worked well. I had an accessible room due to mobility issues which had an excellent shower room. the grab and go breakfast had a good variety of food. Unfortunately this area only had a bar stool arrangement so I physically couldn't sit as the table and seats were too high for anyone with a disability. no staff were available for any help. only a phone for emergency."

"The whole place looked dented. The room was basic with very tired old furniture. We had no toiletries whatsoever in the bathroom. Obviously the staff don’t check the notices near reception. Still a poster advertising Mothers Day 2025 hung up. In the breakfast area some tables had tablecloths and others didnt"
